Polonezköy Nature Park in Istanbul: Walking Trails, Transport and Visit Costs
On Istanbul’s Asian side in Beykoz, Polonezköy Nature Park combines woodland, walking routes and places to rest. The village is a separate destination that can be added to the day; each facility or activity has its own conditions.

1️⃣ Location and transport

Search for Polonezköy Tabiat Parkı in Beykoz and choose your day-use area and entrance before leaving. The ministry guide mentions the Kavacık–Çavuşbaşı and Beykoz–Riva approaches; check directions, traffic and your return. Find the park on the map.

2️⃣ Choosing a walking route

The ministry guide describes two routes of approximately 2.6 and 4.9 kilometres. Check current opening, ground conditions and directions before starting; weather or works may affect access. Choose a distance suited to your group and allow time to return.

3️⃣ A practical visit

4️⃣ Fees and facilities

Check whether the selected area charges pedestrians or vehicles, and ask about the amount, payment method, facilities and hours. Village restaurants and activities may be priced separately from park admission.

5️⃣ Families and nature

Bring water and suitable footwear, and ask about toilets and routes for wheelchairs or strollers. Do not approach or feed wildlife, or collect plants or mushrooms based on photographs; supervise children near roads and water.

6️⃣ Before you go

Check operator notices, weather and any forest-entry or fire restrictions. A picnic area does not mean barbecues are always allowed. Follow signs and leave the area clean.
