Doğu Park in Samsun: location, waterfront walks and planning your visit
Doğu Park is a waterfront green space in Canik, Samsun, for a Black Sea walk and a break in green surroundings. Check the operating hours of individual attractions before visiting.

Location and transport
The park is in Yenimahalle, Canik. Open Doğu Park on the map and choose the part you want to visit: the waterfront is extensive. Check parking or the public transport stop nearest your chosen entrance before travelling.
Things to do
Walk along the Black Sea coast and take a break in the green areas. The area includes walking, running and cycling routes and recreation and sports facilities; check the current condition of the facility you intend to use.The Bandırma museum ferry was formerly in the Doğu Park area and was moved to İstiklal Square in July 2026. Check the status and reopening of its new site before planning a visit; do not assume the ferry remains in the park.
