Canpark Istanbul: Shops, Food, Cinema, Bowling and Access​

Canpark is a shopping and entertainment centre in Ümraniye on Istanbul’s Asian side. Clothing, homeware, electronics and dining can be combined with cinema, bowling or play venues on different levels.

The official address is Yamanevler Mahallesi, Alemdağ Caddesi No:169, 34768 Ümraniye/İstanbul; information is on 444 55 82. The following uses official pages read on 28 October 2026, identifying older information where relevant.

Choosing Canpark and planning the visit​

Choose it when its shops match your purchase list or an indoor activity in Ümraniye suits the day. Buyaka, Emaar and Akasya are separate centres with different addresses and programmes. Sharing Istanbul’s Asian side does not make them walkable neighbours or all practical stops in one day.

Allow two to three hours for selected shopping and a meal as a flexible suggestion, adding the film or play session and waiting. Begin with fittings or device comparisons, then food, leaving heavy purchases until departure. Fix the main activity before fitting the rest around it.

The website still carries a seven-day 10:00–22:00 announcement written for a post-pandemic normalisation phase. It is not a new 2026 notice. Treat it as a starting point and confirm your date by phone, especially holidays and cinema; mall closing, the final screening and the last train are different matters.

Clothing, footwear and understanding levels​

The directory distinguishes Giriş Kat, the entrance/ground level, from Kat 1 and Kat 2, and also uses negative levels. Save the Turkish floor name beside the shop; Kat −1 is not first floor above the entrance. The table uses the current visible directory, without guaranteeing branch stock or sizes.

Start with clothing requiring fitting: Boyner, Koton and Altınyıldız Classics are on first, Mavi on second. Footwear examples include Derimod and Greyder at entrance level and Flo on second. Call ahead for a particular item or size and ask about gift exchanges and deadlines before paying.

A brand listing is not a mall-wide discount. Compare final price, material, condition and promotion terms, keeping the receipt. Ask whether a retailer participates in tax refunds before documents are issued; purchases are not automatically eligible.

Electronics, homeware and children’s shopping​

For everyday electronics the directory places Mi Store at entrance level, Samsung and Teknosa on −1, and Vatan Bilgisayar on second. Compare model number, accessories and warranty in your country of use, rather than a similar appearance. Ask about language setup and compatibility before unboxing.

Homeware examples English Home, Karaca and Madame Coco are on −1, while Evidea and Linens are on −2. Measure your space and consider weight and protective wrapping for glass or ceramics. Taking a large item out of Türkiye may matter more than the advertised reduction.

For children’s purchases, ebebek and Toyzz Shop are on −1. They are retailers; a play activity has a different operator and conditions. Check age, size, materials and return policy without promising that buying a toy includes entertainment admission.

Food, coffee and choosing a break​

Food locations help avoid unnecessary level changes before an activity. Big Chef’s and Alaçatı Muhallebicisi are listed at entrance level, as are coffee choices Starbucks, Kahve Dünyası and Coffy. These are names and locations, not table guarantees or quality rankings.

Kat 3 has quick-meal choices including Burger King, Pidem, Tavuk Dünyası and Green Salads, among others. Plan food before heading to fourth-floor cinema or bowling, allowing ordering, payment and walking time. A screening time is not the time to begin lunch.

Read today’s menu, portion, drinks and extras before ordering and explain allergies directly. With a baby, ask about high chairs and suitable seating; identical facilities at every restaurant were not established. No average meal price or outdated menu substitutes for the actual total.

Cinema, bowling and play: choose an activity​

The directory names Canpark Sinemaları on Kat 4, phone 0216 504 19 60. The mall describes Dolby Atmos, VIP and 3D options, but auditorium features depend on your selected session. Check soundtrack, subtitles, age rating, seat and final total when booking. No current numeric ticket price was established.

Canpark Bowling is also on Kat 4. Its official description lists eight lanes and child bumpers on the lanes; enquiries and group reservations use 0537 633 53 08. Ask how play is charged, participant limits, shoe rules and the child’s suitable age and size. The marketing phrase “7 to 70” is not a binding eligibility rule or a guarantee for every child.

Atlantis Fun City and Atlantis Fun City–Macera Şehri are listed on Kat 3, phone 0533 614 60 39, while Game Power is on Kat 2. These are separate from bowling and cinema. Check operating games, height/age and adult rules and how credit is charged; do not assume one combined ticket or drop-off childcare.

Choose one main activity with a meal and selected purchases instead of stacking a film, bowling and prolonged play without rest. Agree a meeting shop and floor and keep the auditorium name if splitting up. Current activity prices were not established, so budget from the actual selection.

Getting to Ümraniye and returning​

Yamanevler is an M5 station according to Metro Istanbul. Plan via Üsküdar for Marmaray, Altunizade for Metrobus, or Dudullu for M8. From Üsküdar take the Sultanbeyli direction to Yamanevler; returning to Üsküdar use that direction, checking the train destination and travel-day signs.

After leaving the train, locate Canpark AVM, Alemdağ Caddesi No:169 on a pedestrian map and follow signs and crossings. No exit number, measured walk or verified indoor connection is promised here. With a pushchair or wheelchair check the lift and final route to the entrance, not just the station name.

The mall lists buses including 14 and 14ES from the Kadıköy side and 9ÜD from Üsküdar, but it is not a live timetable. Check the actual stop, direction and service with İETT for your date. An old pandemic shuttle-suspension notice remains online; do not rely on shuttle operation or its old schedule without direct confirmation.

By car or taxi save No:169 and agree the drop-off and collection entrance, then retain the car’s location or meeting point. Plan the return before a film, adding walking, waiting and interchange time. Mall closing does not set the last train or onward ferry.

Services, accessibility, parking and budget​

Services advertise a baby-care room and information-desk help with lost property and wheelchairs. The text read does not specify the room’s floor or wheelchair-loan conditions; confirm location, availability and requirements before travelling. A care room does not establish free pushchair loans.

The page places the pharmacy at entrance level and ATMs on B1, and lists accessible toilets on every floor, separate women’s and men’s prayer rooms and first-aid assistance. Ask for the nearest lift and appropriate route. Indoor provision does not prove an accessible entire journey or that every lift is currently working.

No current 2026 parking tariff or free period was established from the mall pages read. Check the entrance board, time calculation and any purchase validation before parking, distinguishing self-parking from valet if choosing it. Do not base a long cinema visit on an old free-parking comment.

Separate purchases, food, activity, transport or parking, and extra services in the budget, checking the total before booking. There is no single all-inclusive mall price. Keep activity receipts or tickets until finished and do not assume loaded play credit is refundable without the operator’s terms.
