Yalova offers more than one type of base: staying in Termal gives you a different itinerary from a hotel closer to the city. Before booking, decide whether you want to spend most of the day using the hotel's facilities or combine sightseeing in Yalova with a short spa visit. Limak, Black Bird and Lova are three established options, but their locations and room categories matter more than the word spa on a booking page.
Limak is in Gökçedere in the Termal district. Its website lists 48 rooms in a restored historic building. A distinctive feature is the supply of thermal water to the bathtubs in every room. Standard rooms measure 22–27 m², while Small Hotel Standard rooms measure 20–25 m²; the hotel notes that reaching the spa from the latter involves crossing 20–30 m outdoors. The listed suites measure 25–30 m², and the main-building suite description specifies a double bed and a single bed. Consider it if you want thermal bathing in your room, but a suite here does not necessarily mean extensive space or multiple bedrooms. Check the exact category if separate sleeping space for children is your reason for choosing it.

Black Bird presents itself as a thermal hotel in Yalova. Advertised facilities include an outdoor terrace pool, indoor pools, a Turkish bath, steam room, massage areas and children's play space. Compare it if shared facilities are central to your break. Ask which room suits your party, when the facilities operate and whether use is divided into separate sessions or areas. A terrace-pool photograph does not establish that it contains thermal water or operates all year; request a direct description of the facility you intend to use on your dates.

Lova places itself at the Çınarcık junction, 2 km from central Yalova. Its room list includes triple and quadruple options, a Junior Suite, a Jacuzzi Suite and a room described as accessible for disabled guests. The website also distinguishes the women's spa from the mixed spa and lists an outdoor pool. These details help if you want to combine the city with relaxation facilities or compare bed layouts in specific categories. Do not assume a room's whirlpool bath uses thermal water: ask about this and confirm the features you need before paying a deposit.
