Questions that settle the booking Request a floor plan. Are bedrooms enclosed by doors, or is one sleeping place a sofa in the living room? Is the second bathroom separate or en suite? Check the kitchen inventory: hob, cookware, fridge and dining table. A tea and coffee corner is not a full kitchen. Confirm cleaning and towel-change frequency and charges for parking, breakfast and laundry. Services vary with the apartment category and booking package. Ask about the lift, pushchair access, cots, deposit and cancellation policy. Give children's ages instead of simply saying “a family of five”.
