Pendorya Mall Pendik: Shops, Homeware, Dining, Cinema and Transport​

Pendorya is a shopping centre in Pendik on Istanbul’s Asian side, combining electronics, homeware and family purchases with food, cinema or games. Choose it around your purchases and accommodation rather than adding a distant centre by name alone.

It is separate from nearby Neomarin, Viaport Asia and Viaport Marina. This guide uses official directory and shop cards read on 29 October 2026, without transferring tenants or operators from old opening lists.

Address, enquiries and timing​

The official address is Çamçeşme Mahallesi, Fabrika Sokak No:5, 34899 Pendik/Istanbul; management: +90 216 670 20 80. Save Pendorya AVM and the address, agreeing the entrance and meeting point if family members arrive separately.

Current uniform hours for every facility were not established in the pages read. Confirm with management and the branch, using a cinema booking or collection appointment to organise the day. Two to four hours for selected shopping, food and perhaps an activity is a flexible planning allowance, adding film and travel time.

Shops and floors: electronics, home and family​

The directory uses 1. Bodrum for basement, Zemin Kat for ground and 1, 2 and 3 above. Retain the displayed level rather than confusing a floor with a shop unit. The table uses individual official cards, not stock or size guarantees.

Home-related listings include Eskidji Bazaar, Karaca, Madame Coco, Tefal and MR.DIY; clothing includes Mavi and Süvari alongside DeFacto. Check the directory for levels not given here rather than inferring them from the category.

For electronics compare model, warranty, accessories, delivery, installation and country of use. For furniture measure the space, door and lift, and discuss delivery, assembly and returns before paying a deposit. A large shop does not establish every model available or free delivery.

Food, coffee and a screening​

Köfteci Yusuf and Burger King cards specify 2. Kat; Starbucks specifies Zemin Kat. Popeyes, Usta Dönerci, Gönül Kahvesi and Harput Dibek also appear in the directory. Check the chosen branch’s level if it is not verified below.

Review menu, total, portions, drinks and extras, asking staff about allergens and children’s ingredients. Allow queues, payment and travel to level 3 before a film; buying a meal reserves neither a table nor a cinema seat.

Cinema: Pendorya branch on level 3​

The current directory names Paribu Cineverse. Its card places it on 3. Kat with 0850 220 09 67 for enquiries. Choose Pendorya, date, film, session, spoken/subtitled language, classification and seat. Cinemaximum or AFM in old material is insufficient for the current booking.

Check final total, ticket category, fees, extras and cancellation before paying. A universal current tariff was not established. Do not assume a child ticket or campaign-day price applies throughout the week, or that cinema admission includes games and food.

Confirm parking and exit after late sessions, together with the hours of any service you need. If cinema is the purpose, establish the session first and arrange food and shops around it.

Playland and RC Şantiye are separate activities​

Playland’s card specifies 1. Kat, and RC Şantiye (Hobi Alanı) is also on 1. Kat. They are separate from baby-supply shopping and cinema. Ask each operator about operating activities, age, height, supervision and duration before buying tickets or credit.

The cards give 0530 391 16 79 for Playland and 0552 661 73 64 for RC Şantiye. Establish accompanying-adult terms, socks, what credit or a session covers, booking and cancellation. A directory listing does not establish all ages accepted or a childcare service.

Choose one activity that fits family time, retaining the receipt and checking unused credit. No universal current price was established, and Neopark prices at Neomarin should not be transferred to these operators.

Getting there and returning​

The mall description places it on E5 in Pendik. Use Fabrika Sokak No:5 and the actual entrance for car or taxi navigation, agree the pickup/drop-off and save the car’s location code when parking.

For public transport, plan the full journey from your accommodation to the address, checking the alighting stop and final approach with the operator and pedestrian map. A direct connected station, exit number, fixed walk or specific bus route was not established here; do not transfer Neomarin’s Tersane description to Pendorya without checking the route.

With a pushchair or limited mobility, check lifts, crossings and gradients to the entrance. A main-road or airport proximity does not guarantee a fast journey. On a flight day account for luggage and airport arrival first, leaving a margin rather than relying on fixed road minutes.

Parking, family services and prices​

Descriptive material confirms parking, but a historical free-parking announcement does not establish the policy on 29 October 2026. Read entry tariff, duration, late exit and extras; do not assume valet or every stay is included.

Ask information to identify baby-care rooms, accessible toilets and lifts, and availability and use terms for a wheelchair or pushchair if needed. Their locations and loan conditions were not established by the services page read; no floors are invented.

Separate purchases, transport, food, cinema, games and parking in the budget. Ask about price, category, duration and what the total covers, retaining receipts and warranties. Leave Migros and heavy purchases until last. For Tax Free, ask the retailer about participation, eligibility and documents before invoicing.
