Location and character
Address: Müftü Mahallesi, Atatürk Caddesi, AVM İş Merkezi Sitesi No:548, Merkez / Rize. The centre opened to visitors on 19 November 2021, combining open and enclosed spaces with shopping, cinema and entertainment.

Use the Turkish name Şimal AVM on your map, then identify the appropriate entrance if driving. The building’s proximity to a road does not establish how easy it is to reach on foot; check pavements, crossings and the actual route from your hotel.

Choosing shops to suit your needs
Names listed at the time of review include Boyner, LC Waikiki, DeFacto, Koton and Mavi, with homeware options including Karaca and English Home. There are also Migros and Teknosa among others. Find the branch in the updated directory, then confirm stock if your visit is for a particular model.
