Official poster for the Ministry of Trade’s online training programme.

Türkiye’s Ministry of Trade will hold free online training on export procedures and government support on 20–22 October 2026. The article is dated 16 October. It is useful for online sellers and businesses preparing to export. Attendance does not automatically grant funding or an export authorisation.

1️⃣ What does the programme cover?
Sessions begin with international trade rules, choosing a target market and finding trade information, followed by support programmes. The agenda includes e-exports (E-İhracat), services exports, the Support Management System DYS, customs, technical barriers and market access.
The final day covers EU exports, sustainability and product safety, together with an overview of opportunities in Brazil. These are training topics, not announcements of a new law or a funding entitlement for every participant.

2️⃣ Dates and verified programme hours
DateTime shown on official posterMain topics
20 October 202613:30–17:15Opening, export rules and target markets; goods, competitiveness, sustainability, fairs and branding support
21 October 202614:00–17:35E-exports, services support, DYS, processing regimes and customs
22 October 202614:00–16:40Market access and technical barriers; EU exports, sustainability, product safety and Brazil
These hours were read from the published programme images. The posters do not name a time zone; compare them with your access email before setting a calendar outside Türkiye.

3️⃣ Registration and email
Use the official address egitimbasvuru.ticaret.gov.tr/Ihracat. Enter complete and accurate information, with a separate email for each person: the announcement says different participants should not share one address.
There will be no automatic confirmation email after applying. The participation link is scheduled to be sent on 19 October 2026, and the same email must be used for registration and entry. The 19 October date concerns link dispatch; the reviewed text does not establish it as the registration deadline.

4️⃣ Attendance and the participation certificate
The announcement requires attendance at at least two thirds of the programme for a digital participation certificate. It does not describe the certificate as an export licence or acceptance into a funding programme.
Keep access to the email used when registering, and read the entry and attendance instructions. If the message is missing, check spam and the official channel before creating duplicate registrations under different names or addresses. The reviewed text gives no detailed procedure for late entry or disconnections.

5️⃣ Make the training useful for your business
Before attending, write down your product, target market, shipping method and project stage. Prepare three practical questions: which document is missing, which authority decides, and what evidence closes the export or support application?
Online sellers can focus on the 21 October sessions and relate them to invoices, carrier terms and accounting. Afterwards, distinguish general guidance from the decision applicable to your product and company. Do not price a sale or promise a customer a benefit based on unverified funding or tax relief.
