Sayapark combines shops and family facilities with an outdoor area called Yeni Meydan, added in 2025. Plan a round of clothing and shoe shops followed by food or coffee, dividing your time between indoors and outdoors according to the weather.

The project has undergone changes since its acquisition in 2017 and adopted the Sayapark name in 2019. For visitors, the current directory matters most: the shop available, the product wanted and the service each group member needs. Reading about the centre and its facilities helps you plan a practical visit.

📍 Location and what to expect
Official address: Akkent Mahallesi, H. Okan Merzeci Bulvarı No:759, Yenişehir, Mersin, telephone +90 324 341 11 40. Use the full name Sayapark AVM Mersin to identify your arrival point and check the meeting entrance if your group is travelling in different cars.

Shops include Mango, GANT, OXXO, Sneaks Up, SuperStep and Kahve Dünyası. Facilities include information, lifts, baby care rooms, a prayer room, play areas and parking. Use this as a starting point, then confirm operation and conditions for any service essential to your day.

🛍️ What to buy and how to choose
Start with clothes or shoes that need trying on, keeping product codes when comparing alternatives. Sports shoes differ in purpose and fit between models; try shoes on both feet and consider the comfort and flexibility you need. For occasion wear, inspect material and stitching and consider transporting it without excessive creasing.

Choose gifts whose required size or use you know, and ask about wrapping and exchanges. A brand name alone is not a comparison: the actual product, its condition and final price make the decision clearer. For multi-buy offers, calculate what you actually need, particularly when your trip budget covers several cities.

If your main aim is a family gathering over coffee and food, keep shopping to a short list completed before sitting down. Those wanting a rest can stay at an agreed point, while shoppers have a set time without repeatedly changing the group’s plans.

🚶 A suggested visit
Allow two to three hours for shops and a break as a planning estimate. Start indoors in hot weather, then move outside when conditions suit you. If Yeni Meydan is your main destination, ask on arrival for the nearest route and its current shops.

For children’s facilities, check suitable ages, fees and time before choosing. There is a children’s area on a lower level and Playland on another level; ask the information desk for the current arrangements. Agree on a clear meeting point and leave heavy bags until the end.

💡 Before going and before paying
Check hours and shops online or call the centre before visiting. If you need parking, electric vehicle charging or a wheelchair, confirm operation, availability and conditions; services can vary over time.

Keep invoices and understand sale terms before paying. These images document the centre through particular sources, including photographs dated 2025 and 2026 of the development area; a shop appearing in a photograph does not establish that it operates today. Plan your return around the weight of bags and the time left in your Mersin itinerary.
