İstMarina Mall Istanbul in Kartal: shops, restaurants, bowling and Marmaray access
İstMarina AVM is a shopping centre in Kartal on Istanbul’s Asian side, within a coastal development of the same name. Shopping, dining and activities use levels named Marina, Sahil and Seyir, with Yunus Marmaray station providing a useful transport option.
This guide concerns the shopping centre at istmarinaavm.com, separate from property sales and rental sites using İstMarina and from Viaport Marina in Tuzla. The store directory, services and transport information in this guide were read on 28 October 2026. Branches, floors and offers can change; confirm them before visiting.

Address, hours and choosing the visit
The mall publishes Kordonboyu Mahallesi, Ankara Caddesi No:147/6, Kartal/İstanbul as its address. Advertised daily hours are 10:00–22:00 and the contact number is 0216 586 51 51. Use the full İstMarina AVM name and official map pin to identify the entrance; other directories may use different numbers for the development.
Choose it for its stores or a meal and activity in Kartal. Include the journey from your accommodation: being near the coast does not shorten the trip from central Istanbul. An outdoor break can fit the weather and available route, but no boat trip or marine activity is promised.
Levels and useful shops
The directory labels are SAHİL KATI, MARİNA KATI, SEYİR KATI and LEZZET LİMANI, alongside B3 HİZMET KATI and B1. Keep those names when following signs rather than converting them into unverified numbered floors. Sahil and Marina are level names here.
Zara, LC Waikiki and Vakko are on Sahil, while Bershka, Mavi and NetWork are on Marina. Ebebek, B&G Store and Toyzz Shop are listed on Marina for family shopping. A brand listing does not establish stock, a size or a permanent promotion.

Food and coffee along your route
Big Chefs and Midpoint are on Sahil, while Happy Moon’s and The Hunger are on Seyir. Lezzet Limanı includes quick options such as Burger King, Pidem and Popeyes. Use the level names to fit a break around your shopping rather than searching every dining area.
Starbucks, Kahve Dünyası and Espressolab are listed on Seyir. Do not assume every table has a sea view or that restaurant hours match all retail hours. Ask about seating, waiting times and last orders if arriving late.
Check the branch menu, portion, drinks and extras, and ask about allergens and children’s meals. Agree a shop and level as your meeting point; “upstairs” or “by the food” is imprecise in a centre with several dining areas.

Bowling, games and concerts
Crazy Bowling is listed on Sahil, also confirmed by its individual page. Ask about lane availability and whether the price is per person, game or time, and about bowling shoes before paying. No current verified price or empty-lane guarantee is given here.
Playland, Kiit Gamer and VGE Zone are listed on Marina. Activities and rules for age, height, credit and accompanying adults differ. Check suitability for your child rather than assuming a shared ticket or childcare service.
Jolly Joker is listed on Sahil and the homepage displays a dated October–November concert programme. A concert has separate ticket, time and admission conditions: check the specific performance, age eligibility, doors and journey home. An operating cinema or screening programme was not established in the current directory read, so verify anew before planning a film visit.

Concert budget example: on 30 October 2026, the ticket page listed the 4 December 2026 Demet Akalın concert at Jolly Joker Kartal from 855 lira. This is a starting price for that event and the categories available when checked. The event page states an 18-year age limit, mandatory telephone reservation on 0850 549 01 22, and no cancellation, refund or ticket changes. Conditions can change; check them and the final price before paying.
Marmaray, metro and bus planning
The mall identifies Yunus as the Marmaray arrival station. Plan your train direction, then check a pedestrian route to the mall’s address and follow crossings and signs. The page gives a two-minute estimate without explaining every part of the route; it is not presented here as guaranteed walking time or an internal connection.
Kartal Metro is also named with a 15-minute estimate but no clear final-leg mode. Do not assume the mall is at the metro entrance or that the estimate means walking. Check the complete route if starting on the metro network.

Parking, services and accessibility
The services page lists wheelchair, pushchair, information, valet, ATMs, prayer room, first aid, pharmacy and vehicle charging. Opening wheelchair and pushchair cards directs visitors to information; it does not establish availability, free use or loan conditions.
