City’s Nişantaşı: when it fits your day​

City’s Nişantaşı is at Teşvikiye Caddesi No:12, Teşvikiye Mahallesi, Şişli, on Istanbul’s European side. It brings fashion, beauty, home shopping, dining and cinema together in a district where you can also explore shopping streets. Choose it when staying in Nişantaşı or combining selected purchases with an indoor break. Nearby Abdi İpekçi boutique browsing requires its own shop addresses.

Published mall hours are 10:00–22:00, checked on the official contact page on 28 October 2026. Parking is advertised as open 24 hours; that does not keep every shop or restaurant open overnight. The information number on the contact page and service card is +90 212 373 33 73. Confirm exceptions for holidays or a late screening.

Two to three hours is a flexible suggestion for selected shopping and a meal, adding film time if chosen. Start with the essential purchase and keep the rest optional. The centre name is not an outlet designation or a permanent discount: compare the actual item and branch policy.

Shopping and the floor names​

The directory uses Teşvikiye, Akkavak, Mahalle and Sinema alongside S1, S-1, S2, S-2, S3 and S-3. Keep the complete label: S2 and S-2 are different and cannot be substituted. Touchscreen directories are advertised throughout the floors to help locate a shop before changing level.

Fashion examples include Mango and GAP on Teşvikiye, and Beymen Club and Lacoste on S1; Beymen Beauty is on Akkavak. A directory is a starting point, not a stock, colour or offer guarantee. Contact the branch when one product is the reason for the trip.

Comparing purchases, gifts and Tax Free​

Try footwear for fit and comfort, and inspect the actual garment’s material and cut. For gifts, ask about exchanges, wrapping and the receipt; for luggage, compare dimensions and weight with your flight allowance. Do not add an unnecessary purchase simply for a discount label: check the offer dates and exclusions.

Troy Apple in the directory sells Apple products; do not assume every direct Apple Store service or policy applies there. Ask the branch selling your device about model, warranty, compatibility and after-sales support.

Global Blue (Tax Free) is listed on Teşvikiye. Confirm shopper and item eligibility, participating branch, documents and procedure before paying, keeping the required receipt. A desk does not mean all tax is automatically returned or every item qualifies. Do not base your budget on an unconfirmed refund.

Food and coffee around Mahalle​

Mahalle is the dining-level name used in the directory, with examples such as Cookshop, Happy Moon’s, Wagamama, Günaydın Köfte&Döner and Bizim Lokanta. Choose using the menu, price, seating and your needs. Ask about ingredients and allergens rather than assuming one policy across restaurants.

Starbucks is listed on Akkavak and Tchibo on S-2. Big Chefs is on the Sinema level with directory hours of 10:00–23:00; these belong to that branch and do not extend every mall service’s hours. Confirm kitchen hours and last orders for dinner after shopping.

For a family meeting, use a shop name and level, allowing ordering, payment and lift time before a film. High chairs are advertised on Mahalle and can be requested subject to availability. Check the current branch menu, drinks and extras before setting a meal budget; there is no fixed average for all these choices.

CineWAM Premium and family choices​

The centre directory names CineWAM Premium on the Sinema level, and its cinema page links to CineWAM for the programme. Select the cinema, date, film and session before arranging the day, checking soundtrack language, subtitles, age rating, seats and final total. A general film list does not guarantee a screening on your visit date.

Add arrival and ticket collection time to the film length, then recalculate the return journey and parking charge. The Premium label alone does not establish a seat type, service or included food unless your selected booking specifies it.

For children, combine an age-appropriate shop, meal and suitable film. A toy or clothing shop is not supervised childcare or a play zone. For a workshop or show, obtain a dated announcement with admission and reservation conditions; this plan promises no daily children’s programme.

Getting there: Osmanbey, Rumeli exit and entrances​

The mall directions specify walking from Osmanbey metro via the Rumeli exit. Metro İstanbul lists Osmanbey on M2. From Marmaray, interchange at Yenikapı for M2 to Osmanbey; from Taksim, Osmanbey is towards Hacıosman. Save the exit, address and pedestrian route before travelling. No internal station-to-mall passage or fixed walking duration is established here.

For dolmuş, the centre names Beşiktaş–Nişantaşı to the last stop on Akkavak Sokak, using the Akkavak entrance. Its bus examples are 30A, 26, 40, 70D and 30M to Teşvikiye. Treat these as starting points for İETT travel-day validation of service, stop and direction rather than an undated webpage serving as a live timetable.

By car, the directions mention a carpark entrance and 24-hour VIP Vale on Teşvikiye Caddesi. Identify which parking or handover entrance you use, retain the vehicle receipt and save the collection point. Twenty-four-hour operation does not establish free parking, a tariff or overnight conditions.

Family services, accessibility and costs​

Request a stroller or wheelchair from information on Teşvikiye during mall hours, subject to availability and conditions. The accessibility description lists suitable toilets on C, S3, S1 and S-2; ask the desk to identify C and the appropriate route rather than inferring the floor order. Baby-care rooms are on S-2 and S3, with prayer on P-5; confirm the open room and lift route.

Lost property is at Security on S-4, and ATMs are on the Sinema level. The centre also advertises phone charging on Mahalle, vehicle charging on P-5, and tailoring and dry cleaning on P-5. Its first-response room on S-1 is explicitly free during mall hours; this is an in-centre service, not a promise to cover every treatment or medical transport.

Before parking, valet handover or vehicle charging, ask about the charge for your duration and service and any receipt-related conditions. The shopping directory places car washing on P-5 while its service description says P-10: obtain the actual location from information before leaving the car. No numeric tariff was established for these services or cinema, so hours alone do not mean free use.

Frequently asked questions before visiting​

Which metro station serves City’s?
Osmanbey on M2, followed by the Rumeli exit and a walk to the address. Identify crossings and an entrance suited to your needs.

Are S2 and S-2 the same floor?
No. Keep the minus sign exactly as listed and ask information about the level before moving.

Does the whole mall stay open overnight?
Mall hours are advertised as 10:00–22:00 and parking as 24 hours. Check a restaurant or screening independently.

Are parking or valet free?
Twenty-four-hour operation does not establish free use. Confirm duration, service and overnight charges before handing over the car.

Where are food and cinema?
Many dining examples are on Mahalle; CineWAM Premium is on Sinema. Session choice and price depend on the booking.
