Zorlu Center: location, hours and the kind of visit
Zorlu Center combines a shopping centre, restaurants, open spaces and performing arts within a development also containing a hotel, offices and residences. A visit can be a short shopping trip or a programme of purchases, a break and a cultural event. It suits visitors interested in contemporary Istanbul, with enough variety to divide family time between the shops and square.
The centre is in Beşiktaş on the European side. Its official contact address is Zorlu Center, Levazım Mahallesi, Vadi Caddesi No:2, 34340 Beşiktaş/İstanbul. Shopping-centre information is available on +90 212 924 0124. Specify an entrance for a meeting or car collection, since the development contains several destinations.
The official FAQ gives regular daily hours of 10:00–22:00, checked on 28 October 2026. Also check the hours of the particular shop, restaurant or performance: shopping hours do not establish when a theatre show finishes. For a visit without a show, two to three hours is a possible planning allowance, with longer for fittings and food; this is a suggestion rather than an official required duration.
Shops and floors: choose your route before buying
The centre covers fashion, jewellery, footwear, sport and technology. Its corporate overview names Beymen, Apple, COS and Adidas, alongside fashion houses such as Dior and Burberry; check the current store directory or the brand before making a special trip. Decide your purchase category before choosing shops: fashion, a device and walking shoes each require different time and budgets.
When buying a device, check the model number and keyboard layout where relevant, and ask the shop about warranty and use in your home country. Try the actual clothing size before paying and read exchange conditions; size labels alone do not allow reliable comparisons between brands.
The centre uses floor names including Metro, Bosphorus, Square and Bridge. Photograph your entrance floor’s name, then locate your shop in the directory to reduce repeated journeys up and down. This is especially useful when family members have different purchases or you need to return to the metro entrance.
The names above were checked again in the official directory. The table shows selected locations as read on 28 October 2026. Some stores span two levels, so a store’s listed floor does not establish which entrance you will use. Photograph the directory on arrival and group nearby shops into one circuit.
A large selection and luxury brands do not make this an outlet centre. Compare the same item, final price and offer conditions, and set a gift budget before entering. For technology, ask about the version suitable for your use, box contents, warranty and returns; a photograph of a storefront does not establish current stock.
| Floor name on signs | Level | Selected official-directory examples |

| Köprü Katı — Bridge | 1 | Eataly; Toyzz Shop |
| Otopark Katı — Parking | −3 | Some service shops; check the required entrance |

Restaurants, coffee and the open square
The food directory helps you choose a break near your shopping: Eataly is listed on Bridge, BigChefs, Cantinery and Shake Shack on Square, Burger King, McDonald’s and Caffe Nero on Bosphorus, and Starbucks on Metro. These are location examples, not quality rankings or a price list. A Square-floor address does not guarantee that all seating is outdoors.
Decide between a short coffee stop and a full meal before ordering your shopping route. On a performance night, eat early enough to reach the auditorium and ask about last orders and service time. No dated restaurant menus were established in this review; inspect today’s menu, drinks and extras before ordering, with a separate food budget.
If the square is central to your visit, keep an indoor alternative for rain or cold. Choose a meeting point identified by a shop name and floor, and agree how to contact one another if the group splits up. Explain a food allergy directly to the restaurant rather than judging suitability from a dish’s name.

Arriving by metro, Metrobus or car
Gayrettepe is on M2, and corridors connect the centre directly with the metro and Metrobus. Follow Zorlu signs through the connection and check M2 for your station and return direction. Save the station name Gayrettepe to recognise it on signs.
Zorlu PSM’s visitor page names Gayrettepe for the metro and Zincirlikuyu for Metrobus; the centre’s FAQ confirms the connecting tunnel. When using M2 from Taksim or Şişli, choose Gayrettepe and follow Zorlu Center signs. After shopping, check your return direction rather than following the first group of passengers where the passages divide.
A connecting tunnel does not mean a shop door is beside the train platform. This guide does not establish its length, walking time or an exit number. Allow for movement within the station and development; with a wheelchair or pushchair, confirm the route and working lifts from your arrival point to your destination. No claim is made that the entire journey from your hotel is accessible.
For a car journey, use the mall address and specify shopping, Zorlu PSM or the hotel, as drop-off points may differ. The official FAQ describes access around Levazım and Zincirlikuyu, but the mall and PSM pages name different valet points. Follow the current signs and confirm the collection point. Record your parking zone, floor and pillar before leaving the car.
Parking, services and the actual budget
Zorlu PSM’s visitor page describes the car park within the development as operating 24 hours. That establishes operating hours rather than free parking. The official pages read for this review did not provide a lira tariff for parking or valet, or establish a free period. Read the entrance tariff and ask how duration is charged before budgeting for a long stay.
Separate purchases, food, tickets, parking and extra services. On 28 October 2026, the explicit Zorlu PSM fee read was 200 Turkish lira per cloakroom hanger. This is a performance-centre coat-storage charge, not a ticket price or the mall-locker tariff. Confirm it when using the service because prices can change.
Paid mall lockers are advertised beside Bosphorus information and at the Metro entrance. Mall information handles lost-property enquiries, and concierge is on Square. For any paid service, ask about duration, price and collection conditions; do not deposit belongings before understanding how to retrieve them.
| Item | Established on 28 October 2026 | Check before paying |
|---|---|---|
| Parking and valet | Car park operates 24 hours; no amount established here | Duration tariff, collection point and separate charges |
| Zorlu PSM cloakroom | 200 TRY per hanger | Current rate and number of hangers needed |
| Mall lockers | Paid service; no amount established here | Capacity, duration and tariff |
| Performance or cinema ticket | Session and category price from seller | Date, seat, age rules and total |
| Restaurants | No uniform price or dated menu established here | Today’s menu, drinks and extras |
Children, accessibility and essential services
The development has a square and green spaces, with a playground in the park area on the Square floor. Add a break between shopping rounds, supervising children and choosing seating to suit the weather. For a Zorlu PSM performance, consult the events calendar if you want to combine art with shopping.
Pushchairs and wheelchairs are available from information points, and there are two prayer rooms, for men and women, on the Bridge floor. Ask information about their location and how to use them on arrival, especially if these facilities are central to your plans.
The official service page specifies free pushchairs and wheelchairs at Bosphorus-floor Levazım entrance information, Square concierge and Metro entrance information. Confirm availability and loan conditions beforehand if essential, and request a suitable route. A wheelchair loan does not establish the accessibility of the journey to the building.
For families, distinguish a toy shop such as Toyzz Shop, the park playground and a paid activity or scheduled performance. Do not promise a workshop or concert from an old announcement. Check the actual activity’s age rules, supervision requirements, price and closing time, and leave room for meals and rest.
For a film, the directory lists Paribu Cineverse on Metro; choose the screening, spoken language, dubbing or subtitles and age classification from its programme. Wheelchair seating within PSM requires coordination with the venue before buying; do not assume any seat selected online provides the necessary space.

Zorlu PSM and a day combining art with shopping
Begin with purchases needing fittings or advice, then pause at a restaurant or café. Choose a clear meeting point by shop name and floor, and save a photograph of each receipt. For a gift, ask about wrapping and the box’s contents before leaving the shop. These details ease the return to your hotel and reduce repeated searching through the centre.
Choose a specific Zorlu PSM performance from its calendar, then inspect the ticket page for date, auditorium, age rules, seating type and price. A previous month’s list is not a current programme. The official FAQ recommends arriving 45 minutes before the performance; use the door-opening time printed on your ticket and plan meals and purchases around reaching the auditorium.
Read cancellation and change conditions before paying. For events organised by PSM, its FAQ generally excludes refunds, cancellation and exchanges unless the event is cancelled or postponed, with an exception for a medical condition documented by a report. Follow your event’s and seller’s terms rather than assuming a receipt allows you to switch nights.
Without a performance, start at the intended shop, compare nearby shops on the same floor, take a weather-appropriate break and meal or coffee, then finish gifts before leaving. With an evening performance, fix its time first, shorten the shopping list and allow time for storage and moving through the complex. The table below helps you prioritise your visit.
| Visit purpose | Suggested order |
|---|---|
| Buying a particular item | Check the directory and go to the intended shop first |
| Visiting with children | Break up shopping with time in the square and playground |
| Shopping and a performance | Choose the show in advance and shop beforehand |
| Comparing brands | Note each item’s size and final price before choosing |
Frequently asked questions
Is Zorlu Center an outlet?
Treat it as a varied shopping centre with a strong luxury-fashion presence. Check the particular item’s reduction and terms rather than assuming a centre-wide discount.
Which station should I use?
Gayrettepe on M2 for the metro, or Zincirlikuyu for Metrobus, then follow tunnel signs to Zorlu Center. Allow time inside without relying on an unmeasured walking estimate.
Is parking free or included with a PSM ticket?
The pages read did not establish a free period or ticket inclusion. Confirm the car-park tariff and your ticket’s terms when planning.
Is the 200 TRY charge admission to a show?
No. It is Zorlu PSM’s cloakroom charge per hanger, read on 28 October 2026. Each performance and ticket category has its own seller price.
Can I reach the mall at the performance start time?
Allow time to reach the auditorium. Check the door time on the ticket and your event’s late-arrival rules.
How should I plan with a child or wheelchair?
Confirm the required service, availability, lift route and collection point before travelling. Coordinate suitable auditorium seating and check a child’s activity for age, timing and supervision.
Can shopping, dinner and a show fit together?
They can with a realistic plan: book the event and meal where necessary, keep a short shopping priority list and allow separate time for movement, coats and departure.
