Kültür Park on the Mersin Waterfront: Walking, Sea Views and Planning a Visit​

Kültür Park stretches along the Mersin waterfront across Yenişehir and Mezitli. The municipality described the area as approximately 7.2 kilometres long. Choose a specific section for a walk or a break rather than assuming all facilities are close together.

Location and transport​

What to do​

Walk along the waterfront and take a break suited to your schedule. In June 2025 the municipality described cycling, walking and running paths, basketball and tennis courts, skating areas and children's playgrounds distributed along the park. Distances between them vary, and their condition and availability can change. Choose the section that suits you, follow local signs and keep to the appropriate walking or cycling route.
Among the park's squares is Özgecan Aslan Peace Square, which the municipality identifies as a venue for celebrations and concerts. If an event is the purpose of your visit, check its programme, exact location and return transport before leaving.
