This is the English editorial edition of a 2025 guide, reviewed on 8 October 2026.

e-Nabız is the Ministry of Health’s personal health record system. It can bring together information transmitted by health services in Türkiye, including visits, test results, prescriptions and vaccination records.

Editorial clarification, 8 October 2026: Records appear when the responsible institution has completed and transmitted them using matching identity details. The system does not guarantee a complete or instantaneous record, and viewing medical information does not prove insurance entitlement.

What can you use it for?

  • View laboratory results after they have been validated and sent.
  • Review recorded visits, diagnoses and prescriptions.
  • Access available radiology reports and images.
  • Check vaccination and medicine information and use available reminders.
  • Download or print reports where the system provides that option.
  • Use links or integration with MHRS for appointments.
The information shown depends on the records the service has received.

Who can access it?

Citizens and eligible foreign nationals can use the authenticated personal service. Foreign access normally requires the appropriate Turkish-issued foreign identity number and account arrangements, with health records linked to that identity.

It is too narrow to describe all eligible foreign users simply as residence holders whose number starts with 99. Different accepted legal statuses and identity records exist. Tourists without the necessary account arrangements should ask their treating facility how to obtain results directly.

Registration and first login

  1. Open the official e-Nabız website or the Ministry of Health’s official app from Google Play or the App Store. Check the publisher.
  2. Select the e-Government login option and authenticate through the official e-Government screen.
  3. Complete the required terms, contact and account steps.
  4. Review privacy and sharing settings and check that the identity information is yours.
  5. Open the record sections you need; a new account can exist even if no clinical records have yet been received.
Use the separate password options only as instructed by the service. Do not put an e-Government password into an unrelated app field or share it with another person. Official help also describes access through a registered family doctor and the patient’s recorded mobile number where applicable.

Using the main sections

Tahlillerim contains laboratory results. Open the relevant date and test and discuss interpretation with the clinician. Reference-range flags do not establish a diagnosis by themselves.

Radyolojik Görüntülerim contains available radiology images and reports. Ziyaretlerim lists recorded healthcare visits. Open the relevant record and use the download or PDF option where supplied.

Prescription and vaccination sections help you review the information recorded for you. If an item is missing, ask the issuing institution whether it has been finalised and transmitted under the correct identity number.

Appointments and insurance information

MHRS handles participating services’ appointments. e-Nabız can provide access to related functions, but a booking does not establish funded treatment.

The user manual includes available insurance-related functions. These should not be treated as a complete statement of every private policy or a substitute for SGK’s current entitlement check and the insurer’s confirmation of the proposed service.

Common questions

Is e-Nabız free? Access to the personal record service is free. This does not make the underlying consultation, test or treatment free.

Can a person without residence use it? Access depends on eligible identity and authentication arrangements, not nationality alone. A passport-only visitor may need records directly from the facility.

Can I share a report? Use Paylaş or the relevant sharing function to select information and a period of access. Check who can view it and when access expires instead of sharing your password.

Is my information protected? The service provides privacy and security controls, but you should still protect passwords, verification codes and downloaded records. No general guide can promise absolute security.

Practical tips

Keep your mobile number and a reliable email address current, use available additional verification, check sharing settings and sign out on shared devices. Save a PDF where useful for a consultation.

Return to the official e-Nabız portal for access, and contact the issuing institution about missing or incorrect clinical records.
