Visitors and science stands in a photograph accompanying Trabzon Municipality’s announcement; the shooting date is not specified.
Trabzon will host BilimFest 2026 from 22 to 24 October 2026 at Özdemir Bayraktar Bilim Merkezi in Ortahisar. The programme brings together scientific experiments and workshops, robot demonstrations, technology exhibitions and simulations, giving families and students different ways to explore science. In its announcement dated 13 October, Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality confirmed the festival's daily visiting hours as 10:00–16:00 Türkiye time.

| Visiting hours | Daily, 10:00–16:00 Türkiye time |
| Opening ceremony | 22 October at 13:00, within the announced visiting hours |

The official BilimFest page identifies the festival venue and visiting hours, while the science centre's announcement dated 29 September confirms free participation for all visitors.
The programme includes 150 stands and 102 outdoor workshops, alongside 15 exhibition units, three planetarium shows and nine science talks. These are programme totals. A verified timetable assigning each workshop, show and speaker a specific time was not available, so the figures do not mean that every activity runs at once.
The announced audience spans all ages, from preschool children to university students, together with teachers, academics, families and the wider public. Whether festival workshops or shows require reservations remains unconfirmed in the information reviewed. Free participation alone does not establish that every activity is available without booking. Ask the organiser about the activity you want to join, its age suitability and any registration requirement.
For planning, choose a day between 22 and 24 October, decide what interests your group and check that day's programme on arrival. Leave time for hands-on activities and breaks rather than trying to visit every stand. To attend the opening ceremony, plan for 13:00 on 22 October. If a particular workshop or show is your priority, confirm its time and participation arrangements directly with the centre. Save the centre's Turkish name in your map application and confirm the arrival point before travelling.
