A match in Türkiye combines football with the life of the city: supporters’ scarves, songs before kick-off and stands that react to every chance. To enjoy the occasion, arrange three things early: your eligibility to buy, a ticket registered in your name, and a journey to and from the ground that suits where you are staying.
Booking procedures reviewed: 14 October 2026. Sales and entry conditions can differ between matches. Read the announcement for the fixture you plan to attend before paying.

The name used in the current arrangements is Passo Taraftar. An existing Passolig card remains usable until its electronic-ticket entitlement, or e-bilet, expires; you then follow the procedure for the new card. Start with the host club: if it is outside the Passo system, use the ticketing platform the club announces.
| What do you need? | What is it for? |
|---|---|
| A Passo account | Signing in to the sales platform and viewing your orders and tickets. |
| A supporter card and valid e-bilet entitlement | Identifying the supporter and providing valid access to the electronic-ticket system. The annual e-bilet fee is separate from the match-ticket price; under the current arrangements there is no separate card fee. |
| A match ticket | Your booking for the particular fixture, stand and chosen seat. |
① Choose the fixture, then confirm when it will be played. The season’s schedule helps with planning, but the date and kick-off time can change. Check the final announcement before tying the match to a flight or an intercity journey.
② Open the host club’s official ticket announcement. Read the sale dates, priority stages, card-logo restrictions and sections for which you are eligible. If tickets are not visible, sales may not yet be open to your category; it does not necessarily mean the website is faulty.
③ Complete your account and card eligibility early. Match the name and identity document to the supporter’s details, check the e-bilet expiry date and link the card to your account. Inconsistent details or an unlinked card can delay a booking even if you already have an account.
④ Choose the stand and seat, then check the order summary. Verify the ticket holders’ names, the number of tickets and the final price. Make sure you are buying a single match or a season ticket, as intended. Kombine means a season ticket, rather than admission to one fixture.
⑤ Open the ticket after payment succeeds. Look under Biletlerim / Siparişlerim, meaning My Tickets / My Orders, and check the stadium, gate, block, row and seat. A bank notification showing a debit does not, by itself, confirm that the booking is complete.
The system provides an application route for foreign nationals. Their card type is Cüzdan / Prepaid, a prepaid card. Use your own document details; do not enter somebody else’s Turkish identity number. Check the verification procedure required for your account before travelling to the stadium.
Sales may open first to specific membership categories or holders of the host club’s logo, with other categories admitted at later stages according to the announcement. High-tension fixtures may carry additional restrictions on card logos and seating sections, or prohibit ticket transfers.

| Your preference or requirement | What should you check before booking? |
|---|---|
| A first visit or a family outing | A side-stand seat with a clear view, away from the most intense singing sections. Consult the stadium seating plan. |
| Being close to the vocal support | The stands behind the goals can be especially lively, with the possibility of standing spectators and flags obscuring your view. |
| A tactical view of the game | A position near halfway at a suitable height. The row closest to the pitch is not always the best. |
| Accessible seating or entry | Contact the club about designated spaces and the access route before choosing an ordinary seat. |

I have paid, but the ticket is not showing. What should I do?
Check the purchasing account, the ticket holder’s details and the card link, then the order status. Keep the order number and contact the platform’s support team or the club’s box office. Do not pay again before establishing what happened to the first order.
Can I give my ticket to a friend?
Check whether transfers are permitted and what eligibility conditions apply to the recipient for this fixture. Some tickets cannot be transferred. Where transfers are allowed, use the platform’s transfer procedure, then confirm that the ticket appears in the recipient’s account. Sending an image alone does not transfer the booking.
Do the same conditions apply to a national-team match or a European final?
Each event has its own sales and entry announcement. Do not apply league conditions automatically to internationals or finals. Read the organiser’s announcement before buying a card or ticket.
