A request is not an automatic debit
The requester creates a request in a financial app, and the recipient receives its details. The recipient can accept or reject it under the request’s conditions. Acceptance may cause immediate payment or arrange execution on a later date, depending on the model.A payment notification is not proof that the claim is valid or must be accepted. Check who sent it, why the amount is due and when it will be paid, especially for an unexpected request.

Response time versus payment time
| Request model under its conditions | Response time | Payment time |
|---|---|---|
| Personal request for current payment | By a specified expiry time | When accepted |
| Institutional request for later payment | Within the request’s response period | On the stated future date |
| Purchase requiring an immediate response | During checkout | Immediately following acceptance |
| Purchase with future settlement | May require immediate acceptance | On the specified later date |
Review the request
If you accept, keep the summary and follow the status. Rejecting a request or letting it expire does not remove a valid underlying obligation, such as unpaid rent. Arrange an alternative with the creditor where money is genuinely due.

Additional options are conditional
| Option | When it may be offered | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Partial payment | If enabled by the requester | The payment and remaining obligation |
| Early payment | If permitted by the request | The new date you select |
| Deferred payment | In eligible institution-initiated models | Dates and amounts for each option |
| Cancel a sent request | Before execution under the service rules | Final status and reference |
Partial payment and FAST limits
The FAST ceiling for Ödeme İste payments became TRY 300,000 per transaction on 26 August 2026. Bank limits and available funds still apply. A system ceiling is not an approval for borrowing or financing.
Making an online payment
An everyday example
Do not accept an unfamiliar request to cancel it or test the service. If the status is unclear or a debit is unexpected, contact the account provider with the reference and avoid a duplicate payment.
