Adana Optimum combines fashion, sports and family shops with food and entertainment on the Yüreğir side of Adana. It suits a defined shopping session within a city itinerary, or buying clothing and gifts from several shops before sitting down for a break.

The project opened in 2011. When choosing your destination, bear in mind that it changed from an outlet to a regular shopping centre in 2013. Look for current shop offers and assess each product’s actual price; the name alone does not determine the prices you will find.

1️⃣ 📍 Location and what to expect​

Official address: Sinanpaşa Mahallesi, Hacı Sabancı Bulvarı No:28, Yüreğir, Adana. Open the Adana Optimum AVM map pin and check travel and return routes from your accommodation. Public transport options include the direction of Akıncılar station, but check the actual distance, timetable and route for the day.

Brands named by the project’s developer include Decathlon, H&M, ebebek, Zara, Bershka, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius, Guess and LEGO. Confirm intended branches in the current centre directory: Stradivarius appears in the developer’s account but was not found in that directory when checked on 13 October 2026; this alone does not establish that the branch has closed. Published floor areas and shop totals also differ, so use the current directory rather than basing expectations on an old overall count.

2️⃣ 🛍️ What to buy and how to choose​

For sportswear or shoes, identify the use first: everyday walking, exercise or another activity. Try the fit and movement, and inspect weight, material and care instructions. For everyday clothing, list the colours and sizes you need to avoid buying similar alternatives from several shops.

For children’s goods, check compatibility and age suitability; for toys, read the instruction language and packaging size. A large gift may require reorganising luggage. Check bag and accessory zips, stitching and pockets, and compare product codes to assess competing offers.

The centre can help you find a gift from a familiar brand, but ask about wrapping and exchange terms before paying. For a recipient outside Türkiye, choosing something that does not need a size may avoid later follow-up.

Allow two to four hours for shopping and food as a planning estimate, adding time for entertainment. Start with shops requiring fittings, then gifts, then a break. If adding cinema or play facilities, ask about the programme, fees and conditions; entertainment needs a separate allowance.

Combine the centre with another Adana outing if suitable, but heavy purchases favour shopping last or returning bags to your accommodation. For a group, set a meeting point and finish time and photograph product codes you may revisit to avoid searching again.

5️⃣ 💡 Before going and before paying​

Check the directory and centre hours for your visiting day, particularly holidays. For public transport, check current routes and timetables and allow for the weight of bags on your return. Ask the information desk about operation and location of facilities the family needs.

Keep invoices and product labels and understand each shop’s exchange policy, especially during sales. Check the total, quantity and sizes before leaving. Remember that the destination now operates as a regular shopping centre, so comparing the actual product and price remains the basis of your decision.
